We also maintain rigorous security measures, including perimeter fencing, computerized access systems, and comprehensive camera surveillance throughout the facility.
  • How can I rent a unit?

You can rent a unit in person, over the phone, or via email. This allows for a smooth and efficient rental process, ensures all your questions are answered, helps you secure the right unit for your needs, and follows all safety protocols.
  • How accessible is your facility?

Extremely accessible! We are conveniently located near major roads, offer a long, wide driveway, 30-foot-wide aisles, and an office that is easy to reach outside the secured area.
  • Are the indoor units insulated?

Yes, all units have ceiling insulation to control heat and condensation, and some units are fully insulated for added protection.

Most indoor units feature roll-up doors to maximize space and ventilation, while a few are equipped with garage-style overhead doors.
  • Do you have climate-controlled units?

Yes, we offer both heated and cooled units that help prevent excess humidity. Some units are accessed directly from the outside via an individual overhead door, while others are reached through a roll-up door off a 5-foot aisle after passing through a service door.
  • Can we reserve a unit?

Units can only be secured through the rental process itself; there is no separate reservation system.
  • Is rent prorated?

The first month’s rent is prorated if you move in mid-month, but the final month is not. To avoid paying for an extra month, plan to vacate by the end of your final month.

Typically, the rate is guaranteed for one year, and in most cases, remains stable beyond that period.
  • Do you charge an administrative fee at move-in?

No, there is no administrative fee at move-in. We do require a refundable deposit. For rentals under 5 months, an administrative fee is deducted from the deposit at move-out; for longer rentals, the fee is waived.
  • Do we need a lock?

Yes, you can purchase a disc lock from us, or bring your own disc lock or hardened shackle padlock.
  • Is insurance required?

No, insurance is not mandatory, but we recommend protecting your stored items either through your existing policies or the coverage we offer as an optional add-on.
  • Are the units clean and dry?

Yes, we thoroughly vacuum all units before move-in. Water issues are rare and usually only occur due to tenant activity or occasional condensation during extreme conditions.
  • Are units accessible in the winter?

Yes, all unit doors are cleared with shovels or snow blowers after plowing. Some tenants prefer to keep a shovel on hand for minor snow removal between plowing events. Outdoor paved and gravel units are not plowed and may be difficult to access during heavy snowfall.
